Jonathan welcomes fellow Virus Comics label-mate Jonathan Chance to talk about his unique blend of Samurai Kaiju Horror.
Jonathan Chance is a British, Southern-Californian based award winning filmmaker, screenwriter and comic book creator.
As a screenwriter he was nominated for ‘Best Horror Screenplay’ by two festivals including the prestigious Horror Film Festival Shriekfest.
Within two years as a comic creator Chance completed nine stories many compiled into the first two volumes of his horror anthology ‘NEVER BY NIGHT: Disturbing Passages into the Unknown’ a rich, quality driven graphic novel inspiring both industry talent and exciting new artists per story.
In 2021 both Chance’s ‘Respect Your Elders’ and ‘Now All is Silver Blue’ stories premiered in Unlikely Heroes Studios successful anthology Elsewhere Vol. 2 and Antarctic Press’ Horror Comics series respectively.
In June, ‘The Boy Who Conquered a Mountain’ Chance’s spiralling 75 page epic fantasy graphic novel was published under iconic sci-fi magazine Heavy Metal creator-owned moniker, Virus Comics.
